Lauren McElroy

In this episode of The Beauty Solopreneur, Special Guest Lauren McElroy is walking through her personal and professional journey with Host and IBP Founder Lynzie Smith. Lauren has been in the industry for almost 13 years and currently works behind the chair in North and South New Jersey. On top of working with clients full time behind the chair, her passion has grown into Independent Education for new colorists beginning their journey behind the chair.

Most recently, after being diagnosed with stage 2 Lymphoma and losing all of her hair, a new journey of spreading awareness on hair loss began. Lauren’s focus has expanded into helping women who are about to head into this journey remember that they are not alone. Most importantly, communication and the psychological impact it has had on her own life is something she wants to share in an effort to support other Beauty and Barber Pros who can provide so much support to their own clients going through this experience.
